ImagineSoftware's evaluation of AI voice platforms for healthcare was rigorous. The team reviewed approximately 18 voice AI vendors before selecting Prosper AI, running side-by-side comparisons across real patient billing scenarios to assess accuracy, call completion rates, and reliability under production conditions. The first live use case was patient billing automation, handling both inbound patient balance inquiries and outbound medical billing collection campaigns for the first ImagineSoftware's client

In the first 60 days of full production, Prosper AI:

What's Next

The patient billing results have validated Prosper AI as ImagineSoftware's AI voice platform of record, and the expansion is underway.
